Food safety through Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)

At Tal-Massar Winery we believe that it is very important not only to provide customers with a variety of wine, but also to provide them with useful information regarding our preparation safety. The best current approach towards food safety is recognized worldwide as HACCP program. It is a system of controlling critical beverage processing steps and ensuring these steps are always correct. The HACCP program is designed firstly to monitor correct receiving and processing of grapes. Secondly, the HACCP system checks that wine is fermented at controlled temperatures. Thirdly, HACCP monitors that the wine is stored in the appropriate containment areas and does not suffer from high temperatures. Knowing that TAL-MASSAR wines are produced according to specifications assures that you consume wine that is of real quality.
